After Playing in several bands from 1996 to 1998, Kristie Blue realized that it was her time to shine. Forming The Kristie Blue Band in 1999, she set out to align herself with seasoned veteran musicians. After several incarnations of the band, she has finally realized her original goal and completed the Blue Band line up in mid 2005. The three additions to the band, Mike Ponticello; Guitar (2001),Christian Hamlett; Bass (2004) and Nikki J; Drums (2005), bring countless years of experience as well as three varying styles to this brash young singing powerhouse. With a great blend of R&B, Funk, Rock & Roll and Top forty,  The Kristie Blue Band is sure to impress and entertain even the harshest of critics.  Kristie credits such vocalists as Melissa Ethridge, Alanis Morissette, Madonna and Janis Joplin, just to name a few, as her biggest influences in achieving her unique powerful vocal style.
